A few pictures...
Sue, Gary, and I, my cousin and his family, the artist with Gannon's handpainted scroll, traditional Korean dress in Insadong...more to come...lots of shopping and family time, but not a lot of sightseeing/pic taking!
Great pictures. Please take more. I am curious if you see any Manchester United fans in Korea? Do our relatives follow football (soccer)?
Also, don't tell Gavin I told you but he scored 3 baskets at his game today!!! His team lost 8 to 6 but he was fantastic. Thought you should know. He was all about shooting today.
It was funny because he did his little "yeah"-fist pumps after each one. He was pumped.
Hi Gary and Mel, I keep thinking what time it is there, and what you are doing now. I miss talking to you, Melinda! It is definitely a bit surreal you are on the other side of the world right now. It's just a blessing you are able to meet some of your family and learn about your Korean heritage as well. You are most likely asleep right now, because it is 10:30 am here and I am on my way to Target to get Ava's cake. I just know when you wake up, it will be the day to meet Gannon and finally get to hold and kiss your sweet new son. I am so excited for you and I can't wait to see the pictures of him and meet him Tuesday. Love, Tammy ps- we got the seats in the car fixed!
